Nikhil Kumar Verma
Nikhil Verma is the Founder & Managing Partner of the Firm. He graduated from the prestigious Lloyd Law college in 2013. He holds a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Presently, he is also serving as a Secretary of the Noida Chapter of Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). In the last few years, he has emerged as a highly reckoned counsel associated with ground breaking litigation and an acknowledged reputation for being an outstanding arguing counsel. With excellent skills in managing and leading, he holds an incomparable experience of litigation and has secured effective injunctions and orders for Clients.
Currently, he is representing various clients in the matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Companies Act, Civil Appeals, Writ Petitions, Civil Suits, Arbitration Matters, Negotiable Instruments Act, MACT matters among others before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, among other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. He also handles work related to various corporate compliances.
Kamna Singh
Ms. Kamna Singh a Post Graduate in Law (L.L.M) studied law from prestigious Law School Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She has done her Graduation from University of Delhi in B.A. (Hons) Economics. She has also obtained PG Diploma in Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute (ILI).
During her initial days of practice, she got an opportunity to work with various seniors and multi dimensional Law Firms, wherein she acquired basic litigation skills as well as comprehensive exposure of Pleading of various Applications, Petitions, Writs, Suits, Deeds, Agreements, MOU etc.
Kamna’s Six Years of practice covers diverse areas of Corporate & Commercial Laws including Intellectual Property Rights. Currently, she represents the Firm’s Clients before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, NCLT, District Courts and various other Tribunals. Her Legal advice on diverse issues is well respected.
Vijay Kasana
Vijay Kasana is a key player when it comes to civil enforcement Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He graduated from the prestigious institute Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2013. He enrolled with the Bar in the year 2013 and has been associated with the firm since its very initial days. He is a member of Young International arbitration Group-The London Court of International Arbitration (YIAG-LCAI), Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) among other associates.
Currently, Mr. Kasana is representing various clients in the matters relating Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Civil Suits, Execution Petitions, First Appeal, Rent Control matters, C.M. Main Petitions, Matrimonial matters, arbitration matters, among others before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and District Courts, NCDRC, Consumer Forums, Central Administrative Tribunal, RERA, among other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
Kapil Sharma
Kapil Sharma is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice and works on diverse cases. He holds Master’s degree in law (LL.M) and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
He works closely with clients to provide general advisory and litigation support. As a trusted advisor, Kapil assists clients in innovating practical solutions to comply with evolving Indian laws and regulations. He is handling matters before District courts, Consumer Forums, and RERA in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
Mahak Agarwal
Mahak Agarwal is a graduate in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Delhi. He is also a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), besides being a law graduate. He completed his law in 2022. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Business Laws (LL.M) and enrolled with the Bar Council od Delhi. He is also a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association.
He is having rich knowledge in the fields of Corporate Law advisory and Legal Compliances, and obtaining approvals from ROC, RD, and Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He has experience in various compliances of Listed Companies related with stock exchange, SEBI, NSDL and CDSL.
